Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Note on Safety Equipment: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used personal protective equipment or any items from our Animal Care and Livestock categories that have been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal value, we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return. For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order for the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item from our Garden Machinery or Other Machinery categories, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
