We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for larger orders
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our professional outdoor equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of chainsaws, lawn mowers, or other gardening tools, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used personal protective equipment
- Any items from our Animal Care and Livestock categories that have been opened or used

Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchange Process
